Since graduating from the G.I.A. in Santa Monica, CA in 1981, David Levison has journeyed to South and Central America, Assad Kashmir in Pakistan and the diamond fields of Sierra Leone, Africa.  He has committed himself to continuing his knowledge of gemstones and jewelry.

  • Research and appraisal for The Queensland Star Sapphire, the largest sapphire on record at G.I.A. Laboratory, Santa Monica, California.
  • Consultant and chief gemologist in diamond mining operation in Sierra Leone, Africa.
